The Guidance for Question Setters, in the Information section of this website (as published more or less unchanged, more or less since time immoral) state "All Specialist rounds should contain a variety of questions within the general heading." This Science round is basically about a very narrow subject, which is made clear in its title.
You could argue that it includes subjects as diverse as medicine, botany, chemistry and applied science (for example in the second supplementary). But in each of these subjects (again as indicated in the title of the round) it only covers the same very narrow field.
